Co-Founder & Lead AI Engineer
Ensio brings deep expertise in machine learning and conversational AI systems. With a background in computational linguistics and over a decade of experience at major tech companies, he has architected AI solutions that serve millions of users. At Section 18, Ensio leads the development of our intelligent chatbot engine, ensuring it delivers accurate, contextual responses while maintaining GDPR compliance. He holds multiple patents in natural language understanding.
Satu Hämäläinen
Co-Founder & Head of Product
Satu is a product-focused software engineer who has spent her career building developer tools and customer-facing platforms.
